The Transformative Trainer
You are a social change leader with brilliant ideas, a unique skill set, and –most importantly– a commitment to equity and justice.

The secret to Transformative Training is becoming a multiplier; equipping even more people to use their unique skills and ideas in support of a common cause.
We are offering an 8-week cohort program to only 8 participants that will guide you step-by-step as you strategize, plan, design, and lead a training program that helps you multiply your impact and form more leaders.
People who sign-up get two additional 1:1 support sessions to get feedback on your training materials and ONE FULL YEAR of access to our “Community of Practice” sessions.
The program will help you and your team accomplish the following:
- Build alignment on what success looks like for your campaign or program.
- Figure out who you want to take action and learn what supports they need to do it.
- Fill your training with more of the right people and keep them engaged!

- Participation in an 8-week cohort program. Two-hour sessions every other week with specific action steps in-between to help you launch your training.

We have compiled what we’ve learned in 25 years into a potent 8-week program that gets you results. By offering to a group, we are able to provide support at a lower rate than our customized consulting. In doing so, we hope to make these tools available to a wider group of leaders who are using training and education for social change.
The 8-week cohort includes four online sessions on Thursdays Nov 2nd, Nov 16th, Nov 30th, & Dec 14th from 10am-12pm pacific // 12pm-2pm central // 1pm-3pm eastern.
Sessions will be held in English and we can provide simultaneous interpretation and materials in Spanish upon request.
Anyone who wants to use training and education for social change can participate in the 8-week cohort program.
For best results, we recommend that participants apply these tools for use with the community rather than a classroom.
To help you succeed, we highly recommend that attendees are sponsored by an organization. If you need help getting this opportunity approved please indicate this in your application. We may make exceptions for community activists and consultants who are working for social change on a case-by-case basis.
We highly encourage participants to attend all sessions. But we get it, sometimes life happens. We will send all materials and a video recording of each session to participants to make sure you can follow along even if you are unable to make a session.
