It described what we wanted to achieve in order to find partners who shared our vision \u2013&nbsp;<strong>How do we learn in ways that truly transform?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to our team and partners like you, we\u2019ve honed a process we call&nbsp;<strong>Learning Strategy<\/strong>: connecting organizational learning to impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>By the Numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since our founding, we have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trained 130 trainers,<\/strong>\u00a0now leading programs in their communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co-designed 342 hours of curriculum<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilitated events reaching 669 changemakers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2026across\u00a0<strong>20 states<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2026and in\u00a0<strong>4 languages<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But as you know, numbers only tell part of the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Where the Real Change Happened<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve helped teams and coalitions build a&nbsp;<strong>learning strategy<\/strong>&nbsp;to achieve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alignment across departments and organizations<\/strong>\u00a0using clear goals and shared language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Behavior change<\/strong>\u00a0designing step-by-step tools in outreach, facilitation, curriculum design, planning, and leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clearer evaluation<\/strong>, tracking the indicators that show how change is happening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve partnered with national coalitions, city and state agencies, labor groups, and grassroots organizations\u2014and we\u2019re proud that&nbsp;<strong>the majority of our partners return year after year<\/strong>&nbsp;to continue building on what we\u2019ve started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That trust is the most rewarding part of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What We\u2019ve Learned<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Indira and I founded Learning to Transform, we wanted to connect learning with strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No more trainings that are interesting but overwhelming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No more retreats that are inspiring but fade into memory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No more workshops that are fun but confusing to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We wanted&nbsp;<strong>learning that leads to results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five years in, one lesson stands out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transformation happens when leadership commits to a process, not a moment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The teams that achieve the most invest in a structured learning journey\u2014one that connects ideas to skills to goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flip side is also true:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Short-term bursts without sustained support make change harder<\/strong>, leaving teams constantly chasing new tactics instead of building intentional practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What\u2019s Ahead<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past 5 years, a lot has happened in our lives. We\u2019ve raised two children together, survived a pandemic, helped our family from Nicaragua get settled in the United States, and weathered the ups and downs of starting a family business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What will this next chapter hold?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re excited to prioritize the partnership work where we have had the greatest impact\u2014continuing to support those we\u2019ve walked alongside, and building new relationships with social change groups committed to long-term learning and transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we\u2019re entering this chapter with a renewed commitment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For a learning journey to be impactful, it has to be sustainable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trainers must demonstrate and expect consistency\u00a0inside and outside of their trainings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expertise is important, but effective training also requires structure, clarity, and strategy.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re excited for what\u2019s next.
