Who has the time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But think about all the time you and your participants invest in a training, <strong>only to have it <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/trainingindustry.com\/wiki\/content-development\/forgetting-curve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>forgotten shortly after<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your material is <strong>too important<\/strong> to get lost in the vast ocean of your participants\u2019 minds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See, your learners are already swimming in information\u2014memes, work stress, family obligations, to-do lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your training is going to <em>stick<\/em>, it needs more than content. <strong>It needs a methodology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\ud83c\udfaf <strong>Show, Engage, Ask: A Simple Formula for Trainings That Stick<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We call it <strong>the SEA method<\/strong>, and it\u2019s now one of the most popular tools in both our client partnerships and our Transformative Trainer cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">You can get the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1uIz8Nv7lOO4jLrZ5zxBpcZdAktAa6igt0LeS-ryvWi4\/edit?tab=t.0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>worksheet here<\/strong><\/a> with <strong>5,850 unique combinations <\/strong>for activities on any subject.
